Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Customer service experience
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Ability to wear uniform completely and properly and be neatly groomed
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about the hotel's amenities
- Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly
- Offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features
- Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles
- Safely drive and park vehicles, adhering to company and safety standards
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services
- Relay important information about guest preferences and special requests
- Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings
