Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to stand and move throughout the workday including bending and stooping
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • availability to work during business hours from 10am to 8pm
  • willingness to complete necessary training through Chicken Salad Chick University
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests
  • maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Offer every guest a superb experience by greeting and welcoming them
  • support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
  • complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
  • restock work area before leaving shift
  • adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • attend scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
  • report problems promptly to supervisors
  • complete other duties as assigned
  • ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented
  • maintain restaurant hours of operation during shift
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
  • properly operate POS system and manage guest orders
  • interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • prepare food products according to recipe and portioning standards
  • close kitchen properly following checklists
  • report equipment and product shortages to management
