Job Duties
- offer every guest a superb experience that creates lasting memories
- greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
- support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly according to standards
- restock work area before leaving shift
- adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- report problems such as faulty equipment or product shortages to supervisor promptly
- complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures during shift
- ensure hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during shift
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and all federal, state, and local regulations during shift
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- greet guests, take food and beverage orders, expedite orders, and assist with dining room service
- properly operate POS system and handle cash, credit, or debit card transactions
- answer phone calls professionally and take phone orders
- keep floor and work areas clean and free of debris
- prepare a variety of food products according to recipe and product standards
- follow portion-control and cooking methods
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- close the kitchen following closing checklist
- promptly report equipment and food quality issues
- use standard recipe cards and do not rely on memory
