Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant and/or retail experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
  • Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
  • Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
  • Monitor quality, safety and appearance of all products and ingredients
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
  • Restock work area before leaving shift
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
  • Report problems to supervisor promptly
  • Complete other related duties as assigned
  • Ensure specials, promotions and marketing plans are presented during shift
  • Ensure hours of operation are maintained
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and all regulations
  • Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, expedite orders, assist with dining room service
  • Properly operate POS system and handle payments
  • Answer phones and assist guests with information and orders
  • Restock drink station and expo area
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and empty trash cans
  • Maintain proper product temperatures and portion-control
  • Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
  • Keep floor clean and free of debris
  • Complete daily tasks timely and thoroughly
  • Prepare food products according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Close kitchen properly following checklist
  • Report equipment and food quality issues
  • Use standard recipe cards for all preparations without relying on memory.
