Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience by greeting them warmly
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with standards
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report problems promptly to supervisor
- Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures
- Ensure hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during their shift
- Ensure compliance with established safety, sanitation procedures and all federal, state, and local regulations
- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, expedite orders, assist with dining room service
- Properly operate POS system for taking guest orders
- Charge guests and collect payment accurately
- Answer phone with knowledge to assist guests and take phone orders
- Restock drink station and expo area, maintain restroom cleanliness, empty trash cans
- Maintain proper product temperatures and portion control
- Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
- Keep work and service area clean and free of debris
- Complete opening and closing prep and checklists
- Prepare a variety of food products according to recipe and standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to management
- Use standard recipe cards for all food preparation
- Attend scheduled meetings and suggest improvements
- Follow closing checklist for kitchen
- Inform management immediately of product shortages
- Report to general manager, assistant manager, or shift lead
