Job Duties

  • manage the culinary team at Chez Maggy
  • collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to maintain quality standards
  • oversee daily culinary operations during morning service
  • provide support and guidance to culinary staff
  • ensure positive guest dining experiences
  • step in for the Chef de Cuisine when needed
  • uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen
