Job Duties
- manage the culinary team at Chez Maggy
- collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to maintain quality standards
- oversee daily culinary operations during morning service
- provide support and guidance to culinary staff
- ensure positive guest dining experiences
- step in for the Chef de Cuisine when needed
- uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen
