Job Duties

  • Manage the Chez Maggy culinary team
  • work with the Chef de Cuisine to create and maintain quality standards
  • oversee morning kitchen operations
  • provide support and guidance to culinary staff
  • ensure positive guest experiences through high-quality food preparation
  • take charge in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine
  • monitor daily culinary functions
