Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- possess current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state agencies
- physical stamina to lift moderate weight
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- previous food service experience
- excellent communication skills
- genuine desire to satisfy guests' needs in a high volume setting
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous server experience in hospitality or fine dining preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good interpersonal skills for guest engagement
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- familiarity with alcohol service certification requirements
Job Duties
- submit guest menu selections accurately
- present food and beverage items with menu knowledge and recommendations
- engage guests with friendly and professional conversation
- prepare restaurant areas and maintain cleanliness
- ensure sanitary environment standards are met
- assist in handling guest inquiries and requests
- support teamwork by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
