Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server experience in a hotel or banquet setting
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Assist the food and beverage team in executing banquet and catering operations

- Monitor guests needs and respond promptly to requests
- Adhere to company standards and policies for guest service
- Support setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed
