Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for 90 percent or more of each shift
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- excellent verbal communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- prior customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- adhere to grooming standards and expectations in our business casual environment
- attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant as needed
- be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials
- provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment
- maintain communication with serving staff and leaders
- assist with side work duties as needed
- demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various food and beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions
- accept and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed
