Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning and dishwashing tasks
- willingness to assist other areas of kitchen as needed

Job Duties
- Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine
- wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack
- wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area
- ensure that all cleaning is performed that is required to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times
- sweep up broken glass/dishes and mop up any spills
- empty full and heavy trash cans
- spray and sanitize trash cans after each use
- place new trash bags in the container after each cleaning
- follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and safety guidelines
- perform other duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned
- assist with plating banquet events when needed
