Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, crouching, pushing and pulling
- Basic knowledge of OSHA cleaning chemical regulations

Job Duties
- Care for a specific number of rooms during shift
- Clean and organize all areas of the room
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly
- Be familiar with all hotel services and features to answer guest inquiries
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas
- Use correct cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations
- Transport cart with supplies securely to guest rooms
- Service assigned guest rooms and replace amenities as required
- Inspect room condition and report discrepancies
- Fulfill special guest requests regarding linen, amenities, and furniture setup
- Prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes in guest rooms
- Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain alignment
- Follow detailed protocols to ensure consistency in care and quality
- Meet physical demands including standing, walking, crouching, and using hands continuously
