- hotel housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift

- responding to guest requests positively and promptly
- inspecting rooms for maintenance needs and reporting issues
- following hotel safety and emergency procedures
- managing workload through effective planning and prioritization
- adhering to attendance, grooming, and appearance standards
