- three to five years’ experience in food and beverage hospitality
- current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications
- strong leadership skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- basic math skills

- ability to work under physically demanding conditions

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- three to five years’ experience in food and beverage hospitality with a guest-focused role
- current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications as required by law
- working knowledge of general restaurant operations
- strong leadership skills

- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proven track record in increasing experience and responsibility
- ability to manage costs
Job Duties
- Upkeep company and brand standards and hold staff accountable
- organize and prioritize work assignments and delegate tasks
- direct service on the floor reflecting hotel culture and brand
- create staff schedules to ensure proper staffing
- track stock levels and oversee ordering
- manage budgets and control costs
- maintain safety programs for restaurant, employees, and guests
- ensure employee appearance reflects company image
- influence team to uphold core values
- possess knowledge and enforce food and beverage menus
- ensure compliance with cash handling and point-of-sale operations
- attend required meetings
- demonstrate and teach professional service techniques
- hire, train and manage restaurant team members
- maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas
- ensure proper completion of cashier functions and cover counts
- oversee requisitions for restaurant and in-room dining
- conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- address customer needs and concerns
- communicate on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
- enforce reservation system efficiency
