Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and technology
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across diverse cultures and organizational levels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

- Ability to adapt to changes and work accurately with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls while providing basic information
- Greet and check in all visitors professionally and ensure proper ID and visitor pass
- Maintain security by controlling access and signing visitors in and out
- Interact positively with associates, customers, and the general public
- Keep reception and public areas neat and orderly
- Manage conference room scheduling and assist with setup, including catering and seating arrangements
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
- Coordinate express mail pickups and deliveries
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and the services they provide
- Perform other related clerical duties as required
