Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-6 months of relevant work experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and interpersonal relations
- Reliability and maturity
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivation
- Ability to exercise judgment within guidelines
- Problem-solving skills
- Understanding of resort operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence
- Basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and interpersonal relations
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with ability to keep busy during slow periods
- Ability to exercise judgment within policy guidelines
- Some problem-solving and initiation of activities within job responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Snowbird operations
- Ability to interact pleasantly with guests and employees and maintain good relationships
Job Duties
- Maintain all public areas consisting of lobbies, halls, pool, steam room, saunas, and exercise room
- Dust furniture, vacuum, and buff floors
- Scrub toilets, showers, sinks, and clean mirrors
- Empty trash, pick up spills, and clean litter
- Deliver rollaway beds, dishes, cribs, and other guest items
- Assist in laundry room and perform tasks requested by supervisors
- Clean guestrooms as needed depending on business levels
- Complete deep cleaning projects to maintain cleanliness
