Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three years pastry experience in high-volume professional kitchen
  • one year hotel experience preferred
  • graduate of apprenticeship or accredited culinary school preferred
  • valid Maricopa County Food Handler card
  • availability for 2pm to 10:30pm shifts
  • ability to follow food handler guidelines and resort safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years pastry experience in high-volume professional kitchen
  • at least one year hotel experience preferred
  • experience in upscale or luxury dining preferred
  • valid Maricopa County Food Handler card
  • ServeSafe Food Handler Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • produce baked goods for outlets on time and according to specifications
  • assist with banquet production and weekly brunch preparations
  • maintain inventory and create requisition forms for daily production
  • label, date, and store items properly following food handler guidelines
  • rotate stock ensuring freshness and quality
  • adhere to all resort safety, sanitation, and food handling policies
  • maintain professional appearance, attitude, and behavior at all times
