Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
vocational or technical training preferred
valid driver’s license required
ability to lift and transport 50 pounds frequently
willingness to work second shift
availability to work weekends and holidays
physical ability to perform manual labor and operate maintenance equipment
strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

Perform general maintenance duties on properties
include guest room maintenance
painting
change filters of HVAC systems and pool equipment
monitor pool chemicals and maintain pool
maintain tennis courts
clear condensation and plumbing fixture drain lines
perform snow removal
complete daily infrastructure check sheets and report issues
assist lead technicians with property upgrades and repairs
lift and transport materials and equipment up to 50 pounds frequently
operate manual and powered tools and test equipment
climb stairs and operate snow removal machinery
focus on customer needs and satisfaction
promote positive customer service environment
encourage exemplary customer service and high integrity within Facilities Management
perform other essential duties as assigned
