Job Requirements
- At least one year of maintenance experience for a small to medium-sized business
- Knowledge and experience with pool cleaning
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work full-time evening shifts or part-time hours
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prioritize daily routine tasks
- Assist with preventive maintenance issues and repairs at the Inn and Pink Adobe
- Perform general cleaning around the property including the Pink Adobe
- Organize and inventory all department parts and tools
- Assist with maintaining the pool area and manage chemicals to state standards
- Perform seasonal tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, rain preparedness, fireplace lighting, and cleaning
- Valet guest vehicles as needed
- Shuttle Inn guests to desired destinations within authorized driving range
- Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisors or management
