Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards in lobby areas and public restrooms
  • perform special cleaning assignments
  • assist with Room Attendant duties as necessary
  • communicate effectively using two-way radios
  • handle lost and found items following hotel policies
  • report maintenance issues to supervisor or manager
  • deliver clean linen to assigned sections
  • pick up dirty linen and trash from Room Attendants
  • collect and dispose trash from service landings
  • vacuum guest corridors
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and closets
  • adhere to project cleaning schedules
  • maintain stairwells and ash urns
  • ensure overall guest satisfaction
