Job Duties
- Maintain high standards in lobby areas and public restrooms
- perform special cleaning assignments
- assist with Room Attendant duties as necessary
- communicate effectively using two-way radios
- handle lost and found items following hotel policies
- report maintenance issues to supervisor or manager
- deliver clean linen to assigned sections
- pick up dirty linen and trash from Room Attendants
- collect and dispose trash from service landings
- vacuum guest corridors
- maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and closets
- adhere to project cleaning schedules
- maintain stairwells and ash urns
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
