Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ServSafe training preferred
- Basic math and computer or tablet skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a stressful environment
- Ability to work in a team and maintain professional conduct
- Superb multitasking skills and keen eye for detail
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, days and nights

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar line cook role preferred
- Proficient knife skills and knowledge of various cutting techniques
- Ability to safely operate commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of cooking methods including broiling, seasoning, and large quantity cooking
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as ServSafe preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Capability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Job Duties
- Prepare and produce menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner
- Maintain required stock levels and make supply ordering recommendations
- Prepare items such as soups, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, breakfast items and desserts
- Cook and season food using various cooking techniques including garde manager, broiler, saucier and large quantity cooking
- Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, stoves, mixers, and fryers
- Assemble salads, desserts and other pre-prepared items following recipes
- Ensure proper plating and presentation of dishes according to chef’s instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and equipment
- Rotate and label food items in walk-in coolers and manage stock
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and temperature control
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure order accuracy and kitchen efficiency
- Report equipment failures and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to kitchen maintenance programs and complete daily cleaning duties
- Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm for food
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Attend scheduled meetings and participate actively
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the chef or manager
