Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- College and/or culinary degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of progressive cook or kitchen experience required
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside organization
- Ability to problem-solve with team members
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work extended hours based on business needs
- Physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and lifting
- Prefer 2 or more years as a cook in similar restaurant or hotel

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of progressive cook or kitchen experience
- Detail oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve with team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a restaurant or hotel of similar size and reputation preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure highest level of food quality and production to standards
- Conduct daily line checks and ongoing audits of consistency and quality
- Implement necessary improvements and develop standard operating procedures
- Ensure food preparation and delivery standards are met for banquet and all outlets
- Ensure outstanding presentation through use records and photographs
- Monitor plate set ups meet photo-record standards
- Control food cost while maximizing food and beverage revenue
- Manage and maintain company assets within budget guidelines
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining food and beverage standards
- Address guest concerns timely and efficiently
- Model operational standards including adhering to ticket times
- Lead by example with food safety standards and storage
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Follow procedures for guest and team member incidents
- Manage workload effectively with clear communication
- Promote collaboration and positive work environment
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures
