  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
  • willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook dinner menu items with precision ensuring consistency and quality
  • execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards for an upscale dining experience
  • handle high-volume service during peak times especially on game nights
  • maintain a clean organized and efficient workstation throughout the shift
  • assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
  • collaborate with the culinary team to refine menu items and specials
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • support the team with various kitchen duties as assigned
