Job Duties
- Prepare and cook dinner menu items with precision ensuring consistency and quality
- execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards for an upscale dining experience
- handle high-volume service during peak times especially on game nights
- maintain a clean organized and efficient workstation throughout the shift
- assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- collaborate with the culinary team to refine menu items and specials
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- support the team with various kitchen duties as assigned
