Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and 30 pounds occasionally
  • manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
  • ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
  • strong knife skills and cooking techniques
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Leverage knife skills to prep and run a station during busy service
