- At least 2 years of professional line cook experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with inventory, prep, and other kitchen duties as needed
- Adapt to member preferences and special requests with professionalism and care
