Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience fine dining kitchen
  • ServSafe certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of hire
  • ability to stand up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • must maintain professional demeanor in a semi-open kitchen
  • strong knife skills
  • hourly wage DOE plus service charge
