Job Duties
- accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
- understand menu and cooking techniques to execute dishes properly
- maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after service
- assist sous chefs in ordering and writing prep lists
- identify product quality and freshness
