Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook
- availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen
- country club or fine dining experience preferred
- strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service
- work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- assist with inventory, prep, and other kitchen duties as needed
- adapt to member preferences and special requests with professionalism and care
