Job Requirements

  • Must have valid Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to communicate and read English
  • Must be able to work required shifts including AM, PM, weekends and holidays
  • Prior culinary or food service experience preferred
  • Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work environment
  • Ability to handle work pressure effectively
  • Team player mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Proven experience in food preparation and culinary service
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and plating specifications
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Plan and prepare menu items and specials according to standards and plating guides
  • Set up food production areas for service
  • Provide quality service in all food production areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
  • Work effectively as a team player under pressure
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
