Job Duties
- Plan and prepare food items and specials according to menu and plating guide specifications
- Set up food service stations and work areas ensuring readiness and compliance with standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service team members to provide consistent quality service
- Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service periods
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate duties and shift requirements
