Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook dinner menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards for an upscale dining experience
  • Handle high-volume service during peak times, especially on game nights
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menu items and specials
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Support the team with various kitchen duties as assigned
