Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a server and bartender
  • leadership experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktail recipes
  • knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant certifications such as ServSafe are a requirement

  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant certifications such as ServSafe
  • professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • lead and supervise the Food and Beverage to ensure high standards of service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
  • monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • assist in training and mentoring new staff members
