- Proven experience as a server and bartender

- strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktail recipes
- knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant certifications such as ServSafe are a requirement

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- lead and supervise the Food and Beverage to ensure high standards of service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- assist in training and mentoring new staff members
