  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications such as ServSafe

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications such as ServSafe
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Lead and supervise the Food and Beverage to ensure high standards of service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow and uphold all Hilton Brand Standards
