- minimum of one year of similar work experience
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to train team members on bar SOPs

- maintain high standards of service and hospitality
- adapt to flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
