- Passionate about food and beverage

- post-secondary diploma or degree preferred

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar bartender role
- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- strong knowledge of beverage operations and mixology
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Develop innovative cocktail recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- train and mentor bar team members on standard operating procedures
- manage bar inventory and forecast demand for menu items
- ensure efficient and smooth bar operations
- create detailed nightly reports on staff performance, client incidents, and maintenance issues
- provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
- collaborate with management to address operational needs and opportunities
