Job Requirements

  • Passionate about food and beverage
  • minimum of 1 year similar work experience
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • experience in beverage operations
  • team player

  • flexible and willing to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to train team members
  • ability to communicate bar inventory needs and forecast demand
  • ability to create detailed nightly reports

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar bartender role
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • strong knowledge of beverage operations and mixology
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • team player with a hardworking attitude

Job Duties

  • Develop innovative cocktail recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • train and mentor bar team members on standard operating procedures
  • manage bar inventory and forecast demand for menu items
  • ensure efficient and smooth bar operations
  • create detailed nightly reports on staff performance, client incidents, and maintenance issues
  • provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
  • collaborate with management to address operational needs and opportunities
