Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- washing hotel linens including room and banquet linens
- drying hotel linens
- folding hotel linens properly based on type and purpose
- conducting deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed
- reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- upholding cleanliness and safety standards within the department
