Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- good communication skills and teamwork mentality
- willingness to adhere to company values and policies
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the food service industry
- knowledge of food preparation and/or dishwashing preferred but not required
- ability to build positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
Job Duties
- assist in food preparation including stocking salad bar and filling refreshment carafes
- set tables in the dining room prior to meal service
- wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment after meals
- remove trash and bus tables efficiently
- collaborate closely with culinary and dining services team
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and kitchen
- follow core values of respect, kindness, honesty, and service excellence
