Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
- willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- strong commitment to company core values
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
- basic knowledge of food preparation or dishwashing preferred but not required
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
Job Duties
- assist in food preparation tasks including stocking salad bar and setting tables
- reset dining room and kitchen by washing dishes, removing trash, and bussing tables
- collaborate with culinary and dining team in a dynamic kitchen environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas
- adhere to company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
