This role is part of the housekeeping operation team focused on maintaining high cleanliness and organization standards across the hotel premises. Job Requirements
- Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job related needs
- Ability to read write speak understand and communicate in basic English preferred
- Must be able to remain on feet for majority of shift
- Must be able to access and navigate the facility without assistance
- Employees required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Work routine and repetitive in nature may require strenuous physical exertion at times including ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Clean common areas including lobby dining area public restrooms hallways back office space and any other spaces as needed
- Identify minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel notifying the supervisor when appropriate
- Fulfill guest requests made to front desk staff including but not limited to toiletries and linen deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel floors storage closets and corridors including removing trash wiping down shelves counters sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors and removing non-floor closet items and storing in appropriate areas
- Respond to special requests guest complaints and the delivery of housekeeping room supplies to achieve complete guest satisfaction
- Deliver lost and found items to the supervisor and or according to established hotel procedures
- Regularly assist with quarterly deep cleaning projects
- Maintain outside trash receptacles around the exterior of the hotel
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor mod
