Job Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Capability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds frequently
Flexible availability for evening shifts
Willingness to work variable hours based on occupancy and staffing
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation or ability to commute
Legal authorization to work as verified by E-Verify

Job Qualifications

Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
Ability to work well in stressful situations
Effective problem-solving skills including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving workplace issues
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on approachability and availability
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests check out
Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards
Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances
Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas
Collaborate with team members to meet daily housekeeping goals
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards during cleaning tasks
Provide excellent guest service by being readily available and approachable
