This job opportunity is with a private family located in Coral Gables, Florida, seeking a full-time night Housekeeper to maintain their large luxury residence. Job Duties
- full daily cleaning and maintenance of a 10,000 sq. ft. home
- general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, scrubbing surfaces
- high-standard care of luxury finishes, furnishings, and specialty surfaces
- daily kitchen upkeep including dishes, counters, appliances, and maintaining cleanliness after meals
- laundry duties including washing, folding, ironing, steaming, stain treatment, linen care
- closet, pantry, and storage organization and maintaining orderly systems
- bed-making and turnover of bedrooms
- trash removal, restocking household items, and monitoring inventory
- assist with simple meal/kitchen support as needed
- support the House Manager during events, family gatherings, or occasional entertaining
- coordination and communication during shift changes to ensure continuity of tasks
- comfortable working around pets (1 dog and 3 birds)
