Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must wear full uniform and maintain grooming standards
- ability to use communication tools such as radios and phones
- must be able to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and traffic areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- capability to adapt to changing environments
- ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
Job Duties
- Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety guidelines
- clock in and out promptly and report tips accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- provide polite and efficient customer service addressing guest concerns
- arrive on time in full uniform and comply with company policies
- assist with additional tasks to support daily operations
