Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must wear full uniform and maintain grooming standards
  • ability to use communication tools such as radios and phones
  • must be able to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and traffic areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • capability to adapt to changing environments
  • ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

Job Duties

  • Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety guidelines
  • clock in and out promptly and report tips accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • provide polite and efficient customer service addressing guest concerns
  • arrive on time in full uniform and comply with company policies
  • assist with additional tasks to support daily operations
