Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles preferred
  • Ability to work onsite 100 percent of the time
  • Physical ability to perform job functions including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to adhere to hotel policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • This position will be an hourly position and will report to the Housekeeping Supervisors & Manager
  • Change bed linen daily
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers)
  • Remove fingerprints and smudges (ex
  • mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc)
  • Thoroughly clean the bathroom area - wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc
  • Take responsibility for the pass key and make sure it is turned in daily
  • Turn in immediately all "lost and found" items to Security
  • Shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving the room
  • Assist Housekeeping in any additional cleaning chores they may assign
