Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a front desk management role
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service
- Supervise the front desk staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Train new front desk staff members and provide ongoing training and support to existing staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that all operations run smoothly
- Manage the budget for the front desk operations, ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints
