Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred TABC certification
- Preferred Tips Training
- Preferred Food Handlers certification
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 150 lbs

Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and setting up tables and chairs
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Clean up, break down, and set up buffets and food stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
