Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certified
- Tips Trained
- Food Handlers certification highly preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to push hand carts weighing up to 150 lbs
- organized and detail oriented

- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs through a crowded room
- ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs
- organized and able to work with a sense of urgency
- seeking guest satisfaction
- TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are highly preferred
- able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- clean-up, breakdown and set-up of buffets and food stations
- perform all other duties as assigned
