Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
  • able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • TABC certified
  • Tips Trained
  • Food Handlers certification highly preferred
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • ability to push hand carts weighing up to 150 lbs
  • organized and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
  • ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs through a crowded room
  • ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs
  • organized and able to work with a sense of urgency
  • seeking guest satisfaction
  • TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are highly preferred
  • able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs
  • anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • clean-up, breakdown and set-up of buffets and food stations
  • perform all other duties as assigned
