Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two or more years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Experience with a la carte food preparation and production
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality a-la-carte meals including premium steaks, seafood, meats, vegetables, sauces, and stocks
  • Carefully follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Ensure proper food storage and handling according to safety standards
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas for cleanliness and sanitation
  • Collaborate with culinary team to maintain efficient and smooth kitchen operations
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Lift and move food and kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds
