Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
  • Above average communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in an indoor office environment for extended periods
  • Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
  • Above average communication skills
  • Experience with data entry and 10-key operations
  • Prior experience in a service-related industry is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians to perform planned or preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to create a prioritized schedule for dispatching technicians
  • Monitor and track job statuses for each maintenance technician and communicate those with all involved parties
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technician assignments
  • Communicate effectively to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
  • Collaborate with service team members to optimize workflow and resource allocation
  • Update and maintain dispatching software and documentation
