Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
- Above average communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in an indoor office environment for extended periods
- Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
- Above average communication skills
- Experience with data entry and 10-key operations
- Prior experience in a service-related industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians to perform planned or preventative maintenance on equipment
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to create a prioritized schedule for dispatching technicians
- Monitor and track job statuses for each maintenance technician and communicate those with all involved parties
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technician assignments
- Communicate effectively to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
- Collaborate with service team members to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Update and maintain dispatching software and documentation
