Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
- above average communication skills
- ability to use data entry and 10-key by preference
- prior experience in service-related industry preferred
- ability to work in an office environment for extended periods
- ability to use a computer keyboard continuously

Job Duties
- Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians to perform planned or preventative maintenance on equipment
- coordinate with customers and internal departments to create a prioritized schedule for dispatching technicians
- monitor and track job statuses for each maintenance technician
- communicate job progress with all involved parties
- maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs and technician availability
- resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust assignments as necessary
- provide excellent customer service and support to ensure satisfaction
