Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience
  • above average communication skills
  • ability to use data entry and 10-key by preference
  • prior experience in service-related industry preferred
  • ability to work in an office environment for extended periods
  • ability to use a computer keyboard continuously

Job Duties

  • Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians to perform planned or preventative maintenance on equipment
  • coordinate with customers and internal departments to create a prioritized schedule for dispatching technicians
  • monitor and track job statuses for each maintenance technician
  • communicate job progress with all involved parties
  • maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs and technician availability
  • resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust assignments as necessary
  • provide excellent customer service and support to ensure satisfaction
