high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a similar role preferred
ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
capability to handle physical labor including lifting heavy items
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
good team player
honest and reliable

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or kitchen porter roles preferred
knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
ability to operate dishwashing machinery
good communication skills
ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
willingness to perform manual labor and physical tasks

Job Duties

remove trash from the kitchen
operate the dishwashing machine
assist in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots and pans
carry out special cleaning projects as assigned
perform some food preparation
maintain cleanliness standards consistent with company policies
support team members in daily operational tasks
